As a master storyteller, an engaging speaker, and a motivational presenter, Betty Manion continues to delight and inspire audiences after more than 25 years. In 2018, Betty retired from the position of Director of Religious Education at St. Mary Magdalene Parish in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Her first book, Prayers Before the Bell–Inviting Christ Into the Classroom, was published in 2012.
